1. What we collect
Account email, the onboarding profile you enter (age, gender, height, weight, activity level and goals), your food, water and weight logs, meal photos you submit for analysis, AI Coach conversations, and subscription entitlement records from Apple In-App Purchase (we never see payment details).
2. How we use it
To calculate your calorie and macro targets, analyze the meals you log by text or photo, power the AI Coach, track your progress, manage your subscription entitlement, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sub-processors
Supabase (database, auth), Apple In-App Purchase via RevenueCat (subscription billing & entitlements), and OpenAI. When you use an AI feature, the meal description, meal image or Coach message you submit is sent to OpenAI to produce that result. GetPeak does not store your meal images: they are processed in the request and are not written to our storage.
4. Your GDPR rights
Correction: update your details from the profile screens (Profile → Personal details and Nutrition goals). Deletion: permanently delete your account and data from Profile → Legal & Data → Delete my data. Access and data portability: there is no automated export button; email your request to Mszrmedia@gmail.com and we will respond within the statutory period. Deletion is irreversible and removes your profile, food, water and weight logs, saved meals, AI Coach history, nutrition analyses, subscription record and account. Deleting your GetPeak account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that in Apple Subscriptions to prevent future renewal. Nutrition estimates and AI Coach responses may be inaccurate and are not medical advice.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your GetPeak records as described above. Copies may persist for a limited period in routine infrastructure backups, and records such as billing entitlements may be retained where required by law.
