By accessing or using GetPeak you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
GetPeak provides calorie and macro targets, AI-assisted meal logging and an AI Coach, based on the information you supply. Output is informational and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information during onboarding.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. GetPeak is not liable for damages arising from use of its nutrition estimates or AI guidance. See our Disclaimer for details.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
